Idaho's Connected Travel
I-way is a statewide transportation initiative that connects rural and urban communities across Idaho through an integrated mix of travel options. It is the first program of its kind in the United States, designed to deliver economic and quality-of-life advantages to Idaho citizens by protecting local ways of life and enabling efficient travel.

Our Mission
I-way works to ensure that transportation is not a barrier to opportunity. By coordinating resources across public transit agencies, rideshare programs, bicycle and pedestrian networks, and intercity services, the initiative helps Idaho residents travel efficiently while preserving the character of their communities.
How It Works
The program is organized across six I-way Districts, each served by a District Mobility Manager who coordinates local transportation resources. This structure ensures that solutions are tailored to the unique needs of each region while contributing to a cohesive statewide network.
