Reporting your performance is key. Not only does it allow you to understand how you are doing against your stated objectives and goals, it allows I-way to point to hard data and provide success stories in support of increased funding opportunities for continued improvement of connected, convenient, and cost-effective mobility options in Idaho.

Performance measures are shared with everyone from the local to state level.

Here's what you'll be asked to report on:

  1. Total Passenger Trips Provided broken down by rider type and by service mode
  2. Total Service Miles, Hours, and Days broken down by service mode
  3. Operating and Capital Costs broken down by service mode
  4. Revenue Sources (Federal, State, Local, and Rider Fares) broken down by service mode
  5. Changes to services (route structure, times, etc.)
  6. ADA or general service complaints received by service provider
  7. Other operating information including the number of accidents and incidents, completed training, drug and alcohol testing, and contracts with disadvantaged business enterprise firms.
